Flex Delivery

You will receive an email from GLS on the day your order ships around 7:00 PM with a GLS Flex Delivery link, allowing you to choose from the following options:

  • Change Delivery Date

  • Choose a Parcel Shop (Pick-Up Point)

  • Change Delivery Address

  • Select a safe delivery location (porch, veranda, etc.)

  • Authorize a neighbor to receive the package

Shipping Terms of Service

5.1 Unless otherwise agreed by the parties, the SELLER will deliver the chosen and ordered products to the CONSUMER within thirty days from the day after the CONSUMER submits the order to the SELLER. The SELLER will use couriers and/or delivery agents of its choice.
The following delivery times are valid without obligation for the areas listed below (business days from Monday to Friday):

  • Italy: 1-3 days

  • Europe: 4-7 days

5.2 If the order is not processed by the SELLER due to the unavailability, even temporarily, of the requested goods, the SELLER must inform the CONSUMER within 30 days from the day after the order was submitted by the CONSUMER to the SELLER and refund any amounts already paid (if applicable) for the sale. Unless accepted by the CONSUMER (acceptance must be expressed before or at the time of concluding the contract), the SELLER cannot fulfill the order by sending goods different from the agreed-upon ones, even if of equal or greater value and quality or by prior agreement.

5.3 The SELLER cannot be held responsible for any delay or failure to deliver goods if these are due to reasons beyond their control (such as unforeseen accidents and/or force majeure) as long as the CONSUMER is promptly informed, including via email.

5.4 Orders may experience delays in shipments and deliveries if the offices are closed for inventory and/or holidays. The following dates are considered holidays: January 1st, January 6th, Easter and Easter Monday, April 25th, May 1st, June 2nd, August 15th, November 1st, November 11th, December 8th, December 25th, and December 26th.

5.5 Orders shipped with “free delivery promotions” are subject to the following limitations: free delivery is valid only for Italy.

5.6 If no one is present at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a notice via email or SMS. The courier will make two delivery attempts in total. In any case, the customer can contact the courier for delivery or pick-up at the designated branch or pick-up point. If the delivery fails, the goods will be placed in storage, and after 7 days, they will be returned to the SELLER (DRIFT SRL). The cost of returning undelivered products will be deducted from the refund of the paid amounts, approximately 20-40 €, depending on the destination area.

Returns

To return a product, repackage it as it was received, ensuring that the original box is also protected.

Attach a sheet inside with the order number (print the order confirmation).
